This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 10.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 14-15 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）
CCL14對人單核細胞的活性較弱，并通過也識別MIP-1α的受體起作用。在100-1000nM的濃度下，它誘導細胞內(nèi)Ca2+變化和酶釋放，但沒有趨化性，對T淋巴細胞、中性粒細胞和嗜酸性粒細胞沒有活性。增強CD34髓系祖細胞的增殖。加工后的HCC-1（9-74）是一種趨化因子，可吸引單核細胞、嗜酸性粒細胞和T細胞，是CCR1、CCR3和CCR5的配體。
