背景（Background）

猴痘是由猴痘病毒引起的一種罕見(jiàn)的人畜共患病，猴痘病毒已成為最嚴(yán)重的正痘病毒，由復(fù)雜的雙鏈DNA組成。猴痘的發(fā)病機(jī)制是病毒從呼吸道粘膜侵入人體，在淋巴細(xì)胞中繁殖，并進(jìn)入血液，產(chǎn)生短暫的性病毒血癥。病毒在細(xì)胞中繁殖后，細(xì)胞可以侵入血液并傳播到全身皮膚，引起病變。E8L可以與細(xì)胞表面的硫酸軟骨素結(jié)合，使病毒顆粒附著在靶細(xì)胞上。
