白細(xì)胞免疫球蛋白樣受體B亞族成員4(LILRB4),亦稱CD85抗原樣家族成員K(CD85K)、免疫球蛋白樣轉(zhuǎn)錄物3(ILT-3)、白細(xì)胞免疫球蛋白樣受體5(LIR-5)、單核細(xì)胞抑制性受體HM18,屬于白細(xì)胞免疫球蛋白樣受體(LIR)家族。該受體包含2個(gè)免疫球蛋白樣C2型結(jié)構(gòu)域,在單核細(xì)胞、巨噬細(xì)胞、樹(shù)突細(xì)胞、肺組織、自然殺傷細(xì)胞及B細(xì)胞中表達(dá)。LILRB4/CD85K作為I類主要組織相容性復(fù)合體(MHC)抗原的受體,可識(shí)別HLA-A、HLA-B、HLA-C和HLA-G的多種等位基因,參與免疫應(yīng)答的下調(diào)及免疫耐受的形成。該受體通過(guò)干擾TNFRSF5信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)與NF-κB上調(diào)通路,抑制受體介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞蛋白磷酸化及細(xì)胞內(nèi)鈣離子動(dòng)員。
