肥大/干細胞生長因子受體Kit（c-Kit）作為蛋白激酶超家族、Tyr蛋白激酶家族及CSF-1/PDGF受體亞家族成員，亦稱花斑特性蛋白（PBT）、p145 c-kit、酪氨酸蛋白激酶Kit或CD117。該受體包含五個Ig樣C2型結構域及一個蛋白激酶結構域，是細胞因子KITLG/SCF的細胞表面受體，在細胞存活增殖、造血調控、干細胞維持、配子發(fā)生、肥大細胞發(fā)育遷移與功能、以及黑色素生成中發(fā)揮核心調控作用。結合KITLG/SCF后，CD117可激活多條信號通路，并進一步促進蛋白磷酸酶PTPN6/SHP-1、PTPRU以及轉錄因子STAT1、STAT3、STAT5A和STAT5B的磷酸化。
