白細胞介素15（Interleukin 15，簡稱IL-15或IL15）是一種在結構上與IL-2相似的細胞因子。與IL-2類似，IL-15通過結合IL-2/IL-15β鏈（CD122）和共同γ鏈（γc/CD132）傳遞信號。該細胞因子由單核吞噬細胞（及其他某些細胞）在病毒感染后分泌，能夠誘導自然殺傷細胞（先天免疫系統(tǒng)的核心效應細胞，主要功能是清除病毒感染的細胞）增殖。
IL-15通過調(diào)節(jié)T細胞和自然殺傷（NK）細胞的活化與增殖，在免疫應答中發(fā)揮關鍵作用。該細胞因子能在無抗原刺激的情況下為記憶T細胞提供存活信號，并參與NK細胞的發(fā)育過程。在嚙齒類動物淋巴細胞中，IL-15通過誘導凋亡抑制劑BCL2L1/BCL-x(L)的表達來阻止細胞凋亡。臨床前研究表明，IL-15能增強CD8+ T細胞的抗腫瘤免疫力。目前美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院已啟動I期臨床試驗，旨在評估IL-15用于治療轉移性黑色素瘤和腎細胞癌患者的安全性、給藥方案及抗腫瘤療效，并已開始招募受試者。
