胸腺基質(zhì)淋巴細(xì)胞生成素（TSLP）是一種上皮細(xì)胞源性細(xì)胞因子，廣泛表達(dá)于上皮細(xì)胞，參與炎癥性皮膚病的病理過(guò)程。人類TSLP的cDNA可編碼由159個(gè)氨基酸殘基組成的前體蛋白，其中包含28個(gè)氨基酸的信號(hào)序列（4, 5）。研究表明，人類TSLP具有促進(jìn)非刪除性中樞耐受、增強(qiáng)上皮誘導(dǎo)的類別轉(zhuǎn)換、誘發(fā)特應(yīng)性疾病以及維持腸道非炎癥環(huán)境等功能。在響應(yīng)人類TSLP的多種細(xì)胞中，CD11c+樹突狀細(xì)胞是其特征最明確的靶細(xì)胞。
