腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族成員17（TNFRSF17）亦稱B細胞成熟蛋白（BCMA）或CD269抗原，是TNF受體超家族成員。該蛋白包含一個TNFR-Cys重復結(jié)構(gòu)域，在成熟B細胞中表達，但不存在于T細胞或單核細胞。TNFRSF17作為TNFSF13B/BLyS/BAFF與TNFSF13/APRIL的受體，可促進B細胞存活并參與體液免疫調(diào)節(jié)，其功能機制涉及NF-κB與JNK信號通路的激活。
