分化簇86（CD86）亦稱B淋巴細(xì)胞激活抗原B7-2，是一種屬于免疫球蛋白超家族的I型膜蛋白。該蛋白組成性表達(dá)于并指樹(shù)突狀細(xì)胞、朗格漢斯細(xì)胞、外周血樹(shù)突狀細(xì)胞、記憶B細(xì)胞及生發(fā)中心B細(xì)胞表面，同時(shí)在單核細(xì)胞中呈低水平表達(dá)，并可經(jīng)γ干擾素誘導(dǎo)上調(diào)。CD86是T細(xì)胞表面兩種不同蛋白的配體：CD28（參與自身調(diào)節(jié)與細(xì)胞間聯(lián)結(jié)）和CTLA-4（參與調(diào)節(jié)衰減與細(xì)胞解離）。CD86與CD80協(xié)同作用啟動(dòng)T細(xì)胞。最新研究表明，B7-2能促進(jìn)成熟抗原呈遞細(xì)胞（APC）譜系的形成，并增強(qiáng)APC功能與存活能力。此外，B7蛋白家族還通過(guò)激活巨噬細(xì)胞中的NF-κB信號(hào)通路參與先天免疫應(yīng)答。因此，CD86被視為免疫治療的重要靶點(diǎn)。在霍奇金淋巴瘤患者中，CD86陽(yáng)性巨噬細(xì)胞是預(yù)測(cè)一線療法潛在無(wú)效的獨(dú)立標(biāo)志物。
