This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag?).
The protein has a calculated MW of 42.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 52 kDa±3 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

T細胞表面糖蛋白CD5(亦稱淋巴細胞抗原T1/Leu-1及LEU1)的酪氨酸殘基可被LYN激酶磷酸化,從而為PTPN6/SHP-1形成結合位點。CD5可能作為受體參與調節(jié)T細胞增殖,在人類B細胞的不同發(fā)育階段和活化狀態(tài)中均有表達。
作為T細胞受體(TCR)與B細胞受體(BCR)信號通路的明確負向調控因子,CD5陽性細胞還能通過分泌IL-10等細胞因子來阻止自身免疫現(xiàn)象的產生。不同B細胞與T細胞亞群的發(fā)育、篩選及功能調控,或其優(yōu)勢存活狀態(tài),可能直接或間接依賴于CD5或類CD5分子所關聯(lián)的特定聚糖結構。
