高親和力免疫球蛋白ε受體α亞基（FCER1A）亦稱為Fc-epsilon RI-alpha（FcERI）、IgE Fc受體α亞基、FCE1A。該蛋白包含兩個(gè)免疫球蛋白樣（Ig樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域，能夠特異性結(jié)合免疫球蛋白ε的Fc區(qū)段，是一種高親和力受體。FCER1A在啟動(dòng)變態(tài)反應(yīng)中起核心作用：當(dāng)過敏原與受體結(jié)合的IgE結(jié)合后，可誘發(fā)細(xì)胞活化并釋放組胺等介質(zhì)，從而引發(fā)過敏反應(yīng)臨床表現(xiàn)。該受體同時(shí)能誘導(dǎo)重要淋巴因子的分泌，通過耦聯(lián)過敏原與肥大細(xì)胞，啟動(dòng)炎癥反應(yīng)和速發(fā)型超敏反應(yīng)，在花粉癥、哮喘等過敏性疾病的發(fā)病機(jī)制中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。
