RI-AG03 is an orally active peptide inhibitor peptide that can penetrate the blood-brain barrier and aggregates Tau. It is a peptide composed of 18 amino acids and contains a large number of D-type amino acids in its sequence. RI-AG03 can inhibit Tau aggregation and improve related neurodegenerative and behavioral phenotypes in both in vivo and in vitro models. RI-AG03 can be used for research on Tau protein diseases such as Alzheimer's disease.
