組織胺(Histamine)是一種天然活性胺化合物，廣泛存在于人體組織中，作為身體內(nèi)的一種化學(xué)傳導(dǎo)物質(zhì)，可以影響許多細(xì)胞的反應(yīng)，包括過(guò)敏，發(fā)炎反應(yīng)，胃酸分泌等，也可以影響腦部神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)，血管舒張等。組胺的合成是通過(guò)L-組氨酸脫羧酶（HDC）對(duì)氨基酸組氨酸脫羧而發(fā)生的。
