Properties: PAA is colorless or light yellow transparent liquid which is a low molecular weight polymer of acrylic acid. It’s one of the most widely used poly carboxylic acid type water treatment agent at present. It not only has a good scale inhibition effect, but also has a good dispersion effect on calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate. As a result, it’s often used with organic phosphate.
Usage: PAA mainly used as scale indicator in circulation chilled water system of industry and air-condition.
