Prasinezumab is a full-length, humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody co-developed by Prothena Biosciences and Roche as a potential disease-modifying therapy for Parkinson's disease and related synucleinopathies. It is specifically engineered to recognize and bind to the misfolded, aggregated forms of alpha-synuclein protein.
