Quisovalimab is a humanized IgG4 kappa monoclonal antibody that specifically targets LIGHT (TNFSF14), a TNF superfamily cytokine. By binding to and neutralizing LIGHT, it blocks its interaction with the receptors HVEM and LTβR. This mechanism aims to inhibit LIGHT-mediated pro-inflammatory and co-stimulatory signaling pathways, thereby modulating immune responses.
