Gilvetmab is a canine-specific monoclonal antibody developed as a veterinary checkpoint inhibitor for the treatment of canine cancers, primarily mast cell tumors and melanoma. It is engineered to reactivate the dog's immune system against tumors by blocking a key inhibitory checkpoint pathway.
