Description：AF-2是一個從線蟲豬蛔蟲(Ascaris suum)頭提取物中分離出來的多肽物質(zhì)，是由7個氨基酸組成的多肽。AF-2對肌肉緊張產(chǎn)生多重的效果，可以顯著的增加與肌肉膜電位改變相關的緊張改變。AF-2 由于可以增加鉀電導率，從而對螺旋中樞神經(jīng)元具有主要的抑制效果。AF-2 還在秀麗隱桿線蟲(Caenorhabditis elegans, C. elegans)中被檢測到。
AF-2 is a polypeptide substance isolated from the head extract of the nematode pig roundworm (Ascaris suum), composed of seven amino acids. It exerts multiple effects on muscle tension, significantly enhancing tension changes related to alterations in muscle membrane potential. AF-2 primarily inhibits spiral ganglion neurons by increasing potassium conductance. It has also been detected in the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans (C. elegans).
