Dentonin (AC-100) is a short peptide fragment derived from MEPE, which contains 23 amino acids in its peptide sequence and is a peptide with a high number of carboxyl groups. Dentonin promotes osteogenesis by promoting the adhesion of bone progenitor cells and can also facilitate the survival of immature adherent cells. Dentonin has no significant effect on mature osteoblasts. Dentonin can be used for the study of phosphate homeostasis and bone metabolism.
