體外活性	方法：在抗壞血酸存在時，從頂端向Caco-2腸上皮細胞加入5 μM 64Cu–組氨酸，并使用二磺酸浴銅靈二鈉作為不透膜的Cu(I)選擇性螯合劑，檢測銅攝取對細胞外Cu(I)的依賴性。結(jié)果：二磺酸浴銅靈降低銅攝取，支持頂端銅轉(zhuǎn)運途徑轉(zhuǎn)運還原態(tài)Cu(I)而非未還原Cu(II)。^[1]
