描述	Substance P (7-11) acetate is a specific fragment of the neuropeptide Substance P, acting as a neurotransmitter and neuromodulator in the central nervous system, with its endogenous receptor being neurokinin 1 (NK1R), making it useful for neurophysiological and pharmacological research.
體外活性	Substance P (7-11) acetate 在濃度大于 1μM 時，可促進前列腺素 E?（PGE?）和膠原酶的生成。通過熒光染料 Fura-2 檢測發(fā)現(xiàn)，能引起細胞內鈣濃度升高的物質為 Substance P (7-11)，而intact SP、SP-(1-4)、SP-(1-6)、SP-(8-11)或SP-(9-11)，以及速激肽家族成員神經激肽 A（NKA）和神經激肽 B（NKB），均無法引起上述細胞內鈣濃度升高的效應。此外，10μM 的 Substance P (7-11)誘導的細胞內鈣濃度最大變化值為 140±30nM [1]。
