背景介紹

Tau蛋白是一種微管相關(guān)蛋白，在阿爾茨海默病（AD）及相關(guān)tau蛋白病中會(huì)形成不溶性纖維，并聚積為神經(jīng)原纖維纏結(jié)。在生理?xiàng)l件下，Tau蛋白調(diào)控微管的組裝并維持其結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性。然而，在病變大腦中，Tau蛋白會(huì)出現(xiàn)異常過度磷酸化，最終導(dǎo)致微管解聚，游離的Tau蛋白分子聚集成螺旋細(xì)絲。
