Penetratin is a cell penetrating peptide derived from the homologous domain of the antennae of two parent fruit flies, and its peptide structure contains a protein transduction domain. Among them, there are 16 amino acids in the sequence that can form an alpha helix structure. Penetratin can penetrate into the cell membrane by connecting with acid diester oligonucleotides. Penetratin belongs to peptides with unstable sequences and many active side chain functional groups, which require the selection of a reasonable peptide synthesis process.
