BOC-FlFlF is a selective FPR1 antagonist peptide composed of 5 amino acids. The apparent dissociation constant (KD) of BOC-FlFlF determined by intracellular calcium mobilization assay is 230 nM. BOC-FlFlF can be used for inflammation research. It shows that it can specifically inhibit the chemotactic response of neutrophils to peptide agonists. Boc FlFlF can completely inhibit the specific protein carboxymethylation driven by For Met Leu Phe OH (fMLP).
