用 途 :JN859,2,3- 二甲基-2,3二苯基丁烷,屬碳系自由基引發(fā)劑,具有特殊的結(jié)構(gòu),相應(yīng)季碳原子間的C-C 鍵不穩(wěn)定,容易離解而形成自由基,該產(chǎn)品是新型高 分子材料添加劑,可用作為高分子材料的阻燃增效協(xié)和劑和聚合物交聯(lián)、接枝共聚的催化劑或引發(fā)劑,廣泛用于聚烯烴、聚丙烯酸酯、聚碳酸酯、聚醚等各種高 分子材料的改性。
由于該引發(fā)劑不含氧,加工后聚合物抗老化和抗氧化能力強,與過氧化物、偶氮化合物等一般的自由基引發(fā)劑相比穩(wěn)定性高,使用安全。
JN859 分解溫度較高,230℃, 半衰期越30min ,在200℃以上使用,主要用于需較高溫度的聚合物交聯(lián)或接枝反應(yīng)。
JN859 作為高分子材料的協(xié)效阻燃劑,可以減少阻燃劑的使用量,減小阻燃劑對聚合物性能的影響,并賦予高分子材料阻燃性能,如在溴系阻燃體系中可以代 替三氧化二銻增加阻燃效果,在減少阻燃劑用量的同時,增加塑料的物理機械性能。

Because the initiator does not contain oxygen,the polymer has strong anti-aging and anti-oxidation ability after processing,has high stability compared with general free radical initiators such as peroxides and azo compounds.
JN859 has a high decomposition temperature,230℃, the longer half-life is 30min,it is used above 200℃,mainly used for polymer crosslinking or grafting reaction that requires higher temperature.
