3.. Method of use

1). For both deicing and anti-ice products, it is recommended to use the sprinkling machine.

2). Use as anti-icing fluid:

Pre-spray ice cream to prevent ice, frost (snow) from sticking to the road surface in anticipation of frost, freezing rain or snow.During the process of anti-ice, the anti-ice liquid will be diluted continuously, and the concentration will decrease accordingly, and the anti-ice effect will weaken accordingly (as shown in figure 1), so the snow and ice should be removed by mechanical method as soon as possible.Once the ice, snow and road surfaces are glued together, they must be sprayed again to remove ice.

3). Use as deicer:

Direct spraying with solid de-icing agents (such as nw-058 ECO) can significantly reduce de-icing/snowmelt operations.If the ice or snow layer is thicker, it is recommended to remove the surface snow with snow removal/snow clearing/ice clearing machines

After treatment, spray the deicer.

4). Use as prewetting agent:

Prewet solid deicer, improve the melting performance of solid deicer.

5). It is suggested to refer to table 1 for the amount of sprinkling. However, the effect of deicing agent to remove snow and ice depends on many factors, such as weather conditions (wind, temperature, humidity, rain and snow, frost, freezing rain, etc.), materials used in pavement surface and spraying equipment.

4. Precautions

1). This product USES the original liquid, which does not need to be diluted and heated.

2). Weather conditions, pavement materials and spraying methods can affect the effect of de-icing and anti-icing fluid on airport pavement.

3). This product is weakly alkaline. Do not contact with eyes or skin for a long time.

4). If the product is accidentally splashed into the eye, please flush with plenty of water immediately.

5). When using this product, it is suggested to take necessary labor protection measures.
