五、性狀：白色或類白色粉末，無(wú)毒無(wú)腐蝕性。溶于稀酸，微溶于水和乙醇，空氣中易受潮。

六、用途：用作食品級(jí)添加劑，營(yíng)養(yǎng)劑和生理鹽水輕瀉劑。該產(chǎn)品被泛應(yīng)用于醫(yī)藥品中，在調(diào)節(jié)心臟的神經(jīng)肌肉活動(dòng)和糖轉(zhuǎn)化為能量過(guò)程起重要作用，同時(shí)是維生素C新陳代謝所必須的。
