硅酸乙酯

性質(zhì)：

化學(xué)組成通式：（C₂H₅O）2_n+2SI_nO_n-1

常溫下為無色或淡黃色透明液體，具有類似乙醚的味道。能與乙醇、丙醇等有機(jī)溶劑互溶，能與水發(fā)生水解反應(yīng)生成硅酸溶膠并放出熱量，在潮濕空氣中變渾濁，靜止后澄清，無毒。

用途：

隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步，硅酸乙酯系列產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用將更加廣泛，特別是熔模精密鑄造使其工藝具有下屬特點(diǎn)和其他優(yōu)越性。

1. 可以制造一切合金鑄件，特別是難以進(jìn)行機(jī)械加工的耐熱和高硬度的合金。

二氧化硅含量（%）：32~34

該產(chǎn)品主要用以陶瓷模精密鑄造的水解液粘合劑，硅酸乙酯本身不是粘合劑，他必須經(jīng)過水解成為水解液，才具有粘結(jié)能力。因此，所謂硅酸乙酯粘合劑是指硅酸乙酯的水解液在熔模精密鑄造工藝中涂覆于可熔性模型上的特質(zhì)耐火材料，就是由硅酸乙酯水解液和粉狀耐火材料，配制成而成的。

硅酸乙酯水解液，就是硅酸乙酯與水的反應(yīng)，實(shí)質(zhì)上式硅酸乙酯分子中乙氧基（C₂H₅O-）被水分子中的氫氧根（-OH）所置換的過程。具體地說，這個(gè)過程式硅酸乙酯通過溶劑（乙醇）和催化劑（鹽酸）的作用與水發(fā)生反應(yīng)的全過程。

縮硅酸乙酯（俗稱硅酸乙酯40%）

質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

外觀：無色或微黃色透明液體

比重：d₄201.04~1.07

酸度：（以鹵化氫計(jì)%）：≤0.1

二氧化硅含量（%）：38~42

該產(chǎn)品二氧化硅含量比工業(yè)硅酸乙酯高，如為制取強(qiáng)度特性同樣的鑄件中，硅酸乙酯用量將相應(yīng)減少，可降低成本，國外熔模精密度制造主要用該產(chǎn)品。該產(chǎn)品也是生產(chǎn)高質(zhì)量、海輪防腐有機(jī)硅油漆的*進(jìn)的原料，使用該產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的油漆具有防腐、防雨、保護(hù)光澤等特點(diǎn)。

正硅酸乙酯（俗稱硅酸乙酯28%）

外觀：無色或微黃色透明液體

比重：d₄20 0.64~0.93

酸度：（以鹵化氫計(jì)%）：≤0.1

二氧化硅含量（%）：28~30

該產(chǎn)品主要以生產(chǎn)試劑和一般性熔模精密鑄造中，也可制造高檔航空潤滑劑。

注意事項(xiàng)

• 硅酸乙酯系列產(chǎn)品雖屬于無毒產(chǎn)品，但畢竟是化學(xué)原料，因此應(yīng)避免接觸皮膚或進(jìn)入體內(nèi)，如有發(fā)生，應(yīng)用水清洗。

包裝保管運(yùn)輸

• 本產(chǎn)品裝于200公斤干燥、干凈、密封的鍍鋅桶內(nèi)，也可按照用戶要求進(jìn)行包裝。
• 儲存過程中應(yīng)有遮蓋物，避免日照、雨淋、受潮。
• 本產(chǎn)品化學(xué)性穩(wěn)定，運(yùn)輸按危險(xiǎn)規(guī)84064號，避免猛烈撞擊。

Ethy1 Silicate Series Products

Properties:

Achromatic or pale yellow transparent liquid at normal temperature, with smell similar to that of sulfuric ether. Mutually soluble with such organic solvents as et thyl hydroxide and acetone, capable of hydrolytic reaction with water to generate sol silicate and release heat, becomesturbid in moist air, clarifies after becoming static, non-toxic.

This product is mainly an adhesive agent of the hydrolyzate for ceramic mould precision casting.Ethy1 silicate itself is not adhesive agent, inorder to obtain caking power it must be hydrolyzed into hydrolyzate. Therefore the so-called ethy1 silicate adhesive agent refers to the built-

for-purpose fire-proof material formed by applying the hydrolyzate of ethyl silicate on the meltable mould during the process of precisioninvestment casting, that is to say the ethyl silicate adhesive agent is prepared from hydrolyzate of ethyl silicate and powdery fire-proof material.

Hydrolyzate of ethy1 silicate is generated by reaction between ethyl silicate and water. In fact, it is a process in which the ethoxy (C?H?O-)inhe molecule of ethy1silicate is replaced by the hydroxyl(-OH) in water molecule. To be more specific, this process is the whole process inwhich the ethy1 silicate reacts with water through action of solvent(ethyl alcohol) and catalyst (hydrochloric acid).

Condensed ethyl silicate (popularly called ethyl silicate 40%)

Quality standard:

Appearance: achromatic or slightly yellow transparent liquid. Specific gravity d?20 1.04-1.07

Acidity: (calculated by hydrogen chloride %) <=0.1Content of silicon dioxide % 38~42

This product contains more silicon dioxide than industrial ethy1 silicate In preparing casting with

same strength property, use level of ethy1 silicate can be lowered accordingly, thus reducing cost.

Foreign countries mainly use this product in precision investment casting. This product is also the

most advanced raw material for producing high quality, sea-craft anti-corrosion organic silicon paint,

and paint produced using this product has such features as anti corrosion, rain protection and luster

maintenance.

Ethyl orthosilicate (popularly called ethyl silicate 28%)

Appearance:achromatic or slightly yellow transparent liquid. Specific gravity: d? 20 0.64-0.93

Acidity:(calculated by hydrogen chloride %) <=0.1Content of silicon dioxide%:28~30

This product is mainly applied in producing reagent and general precision investment casing, and alsocan be used for producing top-grade aeroengine oil.

Precautions

1. Although ethy1 silicate series products are non-toxic, they are still chemical raw materials, thereforemeasures should be taken to prevent them from contacting skin or entering human body, and if accidentsnse with water.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation

This product is contained in 200kg dry, clean and sealed galvanized barrel, and can also be packaged asper requirement of user.

2. Provide covering during storage, and guard against sunlight, rain and damp.

3. This pro duct has stable chemical property, it should be transported according to hazard-related regulationNo 84064. and violent bouncing should be avoided.
