用途 ：鹽酸利多卡因為酰胺類局麻藥。血液吸收后或靜脈給藥，對中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)有明顯的興奮和抑制雙相作用，且可無先驅(qū)的興奮，血藥濃度較低時，出現(xiàn)鎮(zhèn)痛和嗜睡、痛閾提高；隨著劑量加大，作用或毒性增強，亞中毒血藥濃度時有抗驚厥作用

用途：局部的麻醉藥。 局部麻醉強度:tetracaine>tetracaine hcl>lidocaine>lidcaine hcl> benzocaine > procaine>procaine hcl ,但是也有相應(yīng)的副作用。 主用于眼、鼻、喉及泌尿道的表面麻醉。吸收后能引起驚厥，然后轉(zhuǎn)為呼吸抑制，一般不用作浸潤和傳導(dǎo)等麻醉。 廣泛運用于：醫(yī)院，牙醫(yī)，刺青，健身以及延長男性射精延遲等領(lǐng)域

注：鹽酸利多卡因溶解于水，一般用作水劑。 利多卡因不溶解于水，一般用作乳膏。
