Chemical Composition:
Polyoxyethylene fatty acid/oleic acid
Properties and Uses:
1. It’s light yellow grease.
2. Dispersed in water; dissolved in many solvents including hot ethanol, hot oil, benzene and xylol; widely used in water-in-oil(w/o) emulsifier.
3. In textile industry, it’s a component of lubricant (oil soluble emulsifier for mineral oil, fatty oil and solvents.). It has good compatibility and can be used as anti-static agent in textile processing and synthesized fabric production.
4. In leather industry, it’s used as softener and lubricant in leather making.
5. In ink-making industry, it’s used as emulsifier. When pigment grease is used to make ink, this product can be added to emulsify the grease rapidly so the mixture can be easily formed and thick liquid can be squeezed out. It can improve the radiance of the completed ink and its lubricity and fluidity.
6. In metal processing industry, it’s used as emulgator for cutting oil; emulgator and disperant for metal cleaner and detergent solvent.
7. In agrochemical industry, it’s used as emulgator for insecticide.
Packing and Transport:
This product is flame resisting and nontoxic;can be delivered according to common chemicals and packed in 200KG iron drum. Upload and handle with care to avoid collision.
Storage:
Storage period: 1 year. Should be kept in dry and draughty place.
