INTRODUCTION

Immunoglobulin G (IgG) are antibody molecules. Each IgG is composed of four peptide chains - 2 heavy chains g and 2 light chains. Also, each IgG has 2 antigen binding sites. IgG antibodies are involved in primarily the secondary immune response. The presence of specific IgG, generally, relates to maturation of the antibody response. IgG also has an imperative role in Antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and Intracellular antibody-mediated proteolysis, in which it binds to TRIM21 (the receptor with greatest affinity to IgG in humans) in order to direct marked virions to the proteasome in the cytosol.

DESCRIPTION

Monoclonal anti-human IgG is the antibody specific for the lateral flow immunoassay development, for dengue rapid test, the coating concentration for dengue IgG/IgM rapid test is 1.6mg/ml.

PURIFICATION METHOD

IgG antibody was purified from mouse ascitic fluids by Protein-A chromatography.

Greater than 90%.

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE

Sterile Filtered clear colorless solution.

FORMULATION

IgG antibody solution contains 10mM Phosphate buffered saline pH 7.2.

STORAGE PROCEDURES

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.?
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
