Instructions : Monomethoxyl poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(L-lactide) （mPEG-PLA）is a block copolymer. One block is hydrophilic monomethoxyl poly(ethylene glycol), the other block is lipophilic poly(L-lactide). mPEG-PLA can be used as the carrier material of different types of drugs to improve the water solubility of drugs, encapsulation efficiency and drug loading rate.
mPEG-PLA can find usage in microspheres, microcapsules, vesicles, micelles, sustained release of drugs, controlled release, tissue engineering scaffolds, etc.
