This composite stabilizer is mainly mainly used for high performance profile.
Performance Characteristics:
This series of product is the combination of Ca/Zn technology and Lead technology,the lead content is low. The main body of this lead salt is dibasic lead phosphite assisted by some stabilizing component such as hydrotalcite and the organic assistant stabilizing system, so this series has a good anti-aging performance and perfect resistance to sulphidation, high lubricating efficiency, a nice compatibility with PVC and wonderful resistance to precipitation. Besides, the dosage of lubricant inside is small but we pay more attention to design the cooperativity, it gives a favorable processing property and physical property to PVC because of a nice dispersion.

1. This product adopted fine salt, reasonable supplement the efficient internal and external sevearal kinds of import lubricant, through the advanced blends with technology and synthetic process compound .
2, the product has excellent thermal stability, fast plasticizing , good fluidity, etc.
3, reasonable and efficient internal and external slippery agent and the stability of the supplement adequate lubrication ratio make it has a wider range of processing, apply to DuoZhong processing equipment and technology, processing performance is excellent.
4, this product USES a more reasonable production technology, the final product of form flake, belong to clean the products.
5, the product mix of hot temperature for 115 ~ 120 °C.

Referenced Usage:
Put this product, resin and other additive into high speed compounding machine untill the temperature reach 115~130oC, cool the liquid to 35~40oC for discharge, extrude after a short duration.

Store in dry place, prevent from sulfide
