分子中含有兩個(gè)伯羥基和一個(gè)羧基的多功能團(tuán)化合物，使該分子既具有醇類、又具有酸類化合物的特性。親油性的碳骨架及親水性的官能團(tuán)結(jié)構(gòu)使其具有獨(dú)特的溶解特性，成為一種性能優(yōu)異的擴(kuò)聯(lián)劑和親水劑，可以被用作合成水性高分子體系。
產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用
DMBA被視為水性聚氨酯用新一代綠色環(huán)保型擴(kuò)鏈劑和內(nèi)乳化劑，生產(chǎn)水性聚氨酯膠黏劑，無需使用有機(jī)溶劑，有機(jī)殘留物為零。不存在使用DMPA熔點(diǎn)高、溶解慢、反應(yīng)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、能耗高、產(chǎn)品性能差、需要加入有機(jī)溶劑、溶劑殘留量大等問題。還可用于水性環(huán)氧樹脂、聚酯等膠黏劑的制造。
