How to prepare a Sudan III (C.I. 26100) indicator solution?

0.02–0.5 g of Sudan III in 100 mL of glacial acetic acid. This solution is used for non-aqueous titration (titration of acids); the colour of the solution changes from red (indicating acidity) to blue (indicating alkalinity).
