Description
U-37883A is a potent inhibitor of vascular smooth muscle K-ATP (KIR6) channels. Useful biological tool in distinguishing between Kir6.1 and Kir6.2 chimeric protein functions as well as the different sulfonylurea-sensitive K+ channel subtypes.
