Description
Swinholide A is a natural dimeric dilactone macrolide toxin that causes actin depolymerization in cells. It stabilizes actin dimers and also binds to and severs F-actin filaments. Swinholide A binds to G-actin in a 1:2 molar ratio and decreases the rate of nucleotide exchange in G-actin.More related product prices
