Return policies
As a service platform, ChemicalBook platform is consistent with the supplier's return policy. Suppliers may have their own return policies for their respective brands. In addition, some products of a brand may be classified as non-returnable, while other products may have specific return time and conditions. Before initiating a return request, please be sure to confirm whether the product meets the requirement of return conditions.
Return period
1. Generally, returns must be made within 10 days after the order is delivered, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
2. If the product page specifies a specific return period, that period shall prevail.
Return conditions
1. The returned product must be in its original packaging, with the label intact, and unused or altered.
2. Certain products (such as diagnostic reagents, refrigerated or frozen products, customized products, or special orders) are generally not allowed to be returned.
3. For third-party products, returns must strictly comply with the supplier's return policy.
Return process
1. Application: Send an email to info@chemicalbook.com, providing information such as order number, item number, return quantity, contact information, reason for return, etc.
2. Packaging: Use original packaging or similar packaging to ensure that the goods are intact.
3. After the goods' return is completed, the ChemicalBook platform will feedback the final processing results within 2 weeks.
Special circumstances
1. Non-genuine or non-defective products: ChemicalBook platform does not assume responsibility if customers ordered the wrong products.
2. Transport damage: If the goods are damaged during transportation, the original packaging must be retained and photos must be provided as evidence.
Non-returnable goods
1. Customized products or special goods.
2. Used or damaged goods.
3. Goods missing original packaging or accessories.
Other notes
1. Unauthorized return may be rejected and may be subject to a handling fee of up to 30%.
2. If the customer refuses to accept the goods, it may be considered an unauthorized return.
3. ChemicalBook platform has the right to reject the requests to return or exchange goods that do not comply with the return policy.
