The hydrochloride (8 g) of compound 5-3 was suspended in methanol (100 mL),Ammonia gas was introduced at -30°C for 30 minutes, and the temperature of the reaction solution was slowly raised to 20°C and stirred for 12 hours.The reaction solution was concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain crude compound 5-4, which was directly used in the next step.
