Stage #3: with ammonium hydroxide in methanol at 20; for 1 h;

Steps:

Below 0 ° C, 16.0 g (0.075 mol) of intermediate IV was added to 80 mL of dichloromethane and stirred until completely dissolved. After the reaction was completed, the reaction solution was concentrated under reduced pressure, 150 mL of water was added to the reaction solution, the aqueous layer was extracted twice with dichloromethane (200 mL × 2), the organic layers were combined, and washed sequentially with water (100 mL × 2) and saturated 100 mL brine. The organic layer was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtered with suction, and the filtrate was evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure, and dried to give 48.1 g of light yellow solid with a yield of 85.8%;
