Steps:
1.1 (1) Synthesis of ethyl 7-fluoro-imidazo [1,2-a] pyridine-2-carboxylate
25 g of 2-amino-4-fluoropyridine was added to 200 ml of ethylene glycol dimethyl ether, 54 g of ethyl 3-bromopyruvate was added,After stirring at room temperature overnight, ethyl acetate and water were added to the residue. The mixture was separated, dried and concentrated. The residue was separated on a column to give 28 g of 7-Fluoro-imidazo [1,2-a] pyridine-2-carboxylic acid ethyl ester.
