Steps:
4.3 (3) Synthesis of compound 4d
Compound 3 (4.8g, 18mmol) was dissolved in anhydrous DMF (100mL), placed at 0°C, imidazole (3.7g, 54mmol) and TESCl (22mmol, 3.3g) were slowly added to the above solution, and then transferred To room temperature, the reaction was stirred for 8h. After the reaction is complete, add water to quench the reaction, extract with ethyl acetate (30mL×3), combine the organic phases, wash with saturated brine, dry with anhydrous Na2SO4, filter, concentrate, and separate and purify by column chromatography to obtain compound 4d (6.2g, 90%).
