394.1 Step-1. N -methoxy-N ,2-dimethyl-5-(trifluoromethyl)-l,3-oxazole-4-carboxamide
HATU (292.0 mg, 0.77 mmol) and A,O-dimethylhydroxylamine (31.0 mg, 0.51 mmol) were added to a stirred mixture of 2-methyl-5-(trifluoromethyl)-l,3-oxazole-4-carboxylic acid (100.0 mg, 0.51 mmol) and DIPEA (199.0 mg, 1.54 mmol) in DMF (5.00 mL). The resulting mixture was stirred at 25 °C for 14 h. The resulting mixture was diluted with EtOAc and washed with water. The organic layers were combined, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, filtered, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography eluting with petroleum ether/EtOAc (1/1 v/v) to obtain the title compound (105.0 mg) as a solid. LCMS (ESI): 239 [M+H]+.
