Add 193.3mg (0.2mmol) of all-(6-amino)-α-cyclodextrin into 2mL pure water,Then add 74μL (1mmol) of acetone,58mg (1mmol) of propionaldehyde, stirred at 15°C for 6h; then added ethyl acetate for extraction, the organic layer was washed with water and saturated brine successively, then dried by adding anhydrous sodium sulfate, spin-dried; separated and purified by silica gel column The final pure product is 92.8 mg, the yield is 80%, and the ee value is 95%
