Reaction Conditions:
Stage #1:benzylamine with sodium hydride in N,N-dimethyl-formamide at 0 - 25; for 0.5 h;
Stage #2:bromopropionitrile in N,N-dimethyl-formamide at 25; for 16 h;

4.2.2. General procedure for the synthesis of amine intermediates(2a-h)
General procedure: Amine (7a-d) (0.88 mmol) in 2mL dry DMF was added to a solution of sodium hydride (1.2 mmol) in dry DMF (4 mL) at 0 °C. After reaction completed, the complex was stirred at 25 °C for 0.5 h,then cooled to 0 °C and the bromine compound (6a-e) (0.97 mmol)was slowly added, then stirred for 16 h at 25 °C. After reaction completed, it quenched by ice water, extracted with ethyl acetate (3x30 mL) and concentrated. Without further purification, the crude product (2a-h) was applied directly to the next reaction.
