Add 2.26g (10.0mmol) of compound 4, 100mL of THF into a 250mL round bottom flask, add 0.57g (15.0mmol) of LiAlH4 in batches after cooling to 0°C, and warm to room temperature to stir the reaction. After the reaction, 10 mL of H2O was added to the system, and the reaction was continued for 2 hours at room temperature to quench the reaction. After filtration, washing with dichloromethane, the filtrate was concentrated and separated and purified by Flash column, 1.78 g of white solid 16, yield: 90%.
