Reaction Conditions:

Steps:

A mixture of compound 1 (200 mg, 0.94 mmol) and 1-methylpiperazine (94.2 mg, 0.94 mmol) in 0.1 mL of water was stirred overnight (about 18 hours) at room temperature. Then, 3 mL of H2O and 5 mL of ethyl acetate was added into the mixture. The organic phase was separated, dried, and concentrated to obtain an oily substance. The crude product was purified by silica gel column (methylene chloride : methanol =30:1) to give 56 mg of title product (^H NMR and MS confirmed, yield 19%) .¹H NMR (400 MHz, CDCI3) : 3.89-3.86 (m,IH); 3.68-3.60 (m, IH); 3.34-3.30 (m, IH) ; 3.11-3.05 (td, J =10.8, 4.4 Hz, IH); 2.70 (m, 2 H); 2.53-2.41 (m, 7H); 2.31 (s, 3H); 2.23-2.10 (m , 3H); 1.68-1.61 (m, 2H); 1.37-1.24 (m, 3H); 1.00-0.79 (m, 12H); MS (ESI) calcd for C^g^g^C^ (m/z) : 312.28, . found: 313.5 [M+l]⁺
