(3) Weigh 2.5 grams of 1-(4-sulfonylbutyl)-1,2-dihydrobenzo[c,d]indole tetrabutylammonium salt obtained in step 2,Measure 6ml of methylmagnesium chloride and dissolve it in 20ml of tetrahydrofuran with a graduated cylinder,Stir for 3h at 60°C under nitrogen atmosphere.After the reaction is complete, add hydrochloric acid to adjust the solution to neutral.Then add 15 ml of ether and 15 ml of ethanol, cool overnight at 0 degrees Celsius and recrystallize.1-(4-sulfonylbutyl)-2-methylbenzo[c,d]indole inner salt was obtained with a yield of 87%.
