Example 41: (6-Iodo-quinazolin-4-yl)-(3-methoxy-4-morpholin-4-yl-phenyl)-amine ; Step 1: 2-bromo-5-nitro-anisole ( 0.5g) and morpholine ( 1.92g) were heated together at 130° overnight. The cooled reaction mixture was added to ice and the resulting precipitate washed with water and dried to give the desired 4-(2-methoxy-4- nitro-phenyl) -morpholine (91%, m/z 239)
