Step 1: 2-Tri-n-butylstannylpyridine (1.92 g, 5.22 mmol), 4-amino-2,6-dibromopyridine (600 mg, 2.38 mmol),Bis(triphenylphosphine)palladium dichloride (168 mg, 0 · 23 mmol) andA solution of TFP (52 mg, 0.22 mmol) in 1,4-dioxane (20 mL) was stirred under reflux overnight under nitrogen. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure.The residue was flash chromatographed (petroleum ether / ethyl acetate = 0/1)Purification afforded [2,2':6',2"-trideinridinyl]-4'-amine (610 mg, yield: 100%) as a yellow solid.
