Steps:
To a solution of PI-59d (2.2 g, 14.36 mmol, 1.0 eq) in DMF (100 mL) was successively added NH4Cl (1.54 g, 28.73 mmol, 2.0 eq), HATU (5.46 g, 14.36 mmol, 1.0 eq) and DIEA (5.57 g, 43.08 mmol, 3.0 eq). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 16 h. The reaction mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate (200 mL) and washed with brine, water, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4 and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel chromatography to afford PI-59e (0.6 g, 27%).
